By accessing and using StreamLine ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
StreamLine provides a cloud-based platform for team collaboration, project management, and workflow automation. The Service includes all features, functionality, and support provided by StreamLine.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

7. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. StreamLine reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall StreamLine, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
